Personal training
When developing the ConfWare system, our primary goal was to create a solution that is easy to learn and understand so that it can be easily used independently. If you would like to speed up the process of learning the system, deepen your knowledge or get detailed information about a new module, please make an appointment for our personal training with our customer service.
Development services
The ConfWare system is compatible with many other software programs, and we are able to integrate new software on request. We will be happy to provide you with a custom offer for the improvements you require. Please contact our customer service on one of our contact details.
Archiving
With our archiving service we enable administrators to access the ConfWare system even after the event, so that the data stored in the system can still be used in its original structure. As a default, the ConfWare system will be available for three months after the event.
Product support
We offer product support services to our customers who need regular personal assistance in using the Online System. Product support is available via email, phone, and video call if needed.
