When developing the ConfWare system, our primary goal was to create a solution that is easy to learn and understand so that it can be easily used independently. With our archiving service we enable administrators to access the ConfWare system even after the event, so that the data stored in the system can still be used in its original structure. As a default, the ConfWare system will be available for three months after the event.
We offer product support services to our customers who need regular personal assistance in using the Online System. Product support is available via email, phone, and video call if needed.
